  • Designed and developed CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and call centre applications.
  • Deployed these applications over a variety of channels such as call centres, websites, interactive TV (red-button services).
  • Responsible for business process analysis
  • Designed, developed & maintained customer websites, plus the company’s own website and intranet.
  • Administered desktop PCs, servers, web serevers and applications.
