Braidgrove was a Technology services outsourcing start up company which provided multi-channel contact, e-commerce and call centre services for its customers.

I was promoted internally from my Senior Software Engineer role to the position of Technical team Leader.

  • Co-ordinated and managed the company’s team of software and hardware engineers, and acted as a liaison between the technical team and the call centre and management teams.
  • Responsible for advice and guidance on IT issues and practices throughout the  company.
  • Managed software development projects.
  • Developed online applications and database-driven websites.
